The device is as simple as it is clever. It consists of two concentric cylindrical chambers (one inside the other), which in the resting condition are completely isolated. By exerting pressure on the center of the capsule, the bottom clicks and allows the liquid housed in the outer chamber to flow to the inner chamber, where the compressed sheeting is located. The telino rehydrates in contact with the scented liquid and grows until it is completely absorbed. The resulting volume increase literally pops the capsule's wipeout, ready for use.
